In May this year we asked Savio Building Ltd to fit a new bathroom for us.  They had previously built our next-door neighbours’ downstairs extension and we were impressed with the quality, speed and considerateness of their work, and the party wall they put up was of a high quality and, far from being an eyesore, was attractive to look at!  They had also replaced our old boiler efficiently and more economically than it would have cost us with British Gas.  We’re extremely pleased with our new bathroom.  It was a small bathroom and, being in an old Edwardian house, most of the walls were not straight.  There were also several old pipes sticking out above the floorboards under the bath and many gaps between the joists.  

Savio’s competent and helpful staff managed to tackle all these issues with a ‘can-do’ attitude which was a great relief, especially when things didn’t go as originally expected and a change of approach was needed.  

The tiling and grouting was done professionally and speedily and all the bathroom fittings expertly fitted.  We now have a bathroom that feels brighter and more spacious than the original is a pleasure to use.  Our thanks once again to Adrian Savio and his team.

Adrian and his team are efficient, punctual and great value for money. The team were always on sight on time and always left the sit tidy.  They were also very conscious of ensuring we were kept informed of any issues or delays – I really appreciated that honesty.  

In my view, with builders, the key to any good relationship is trust and I would definitely say I trust Adrian and his team 100%.   I was so happy with the team’s work that I am now using Savio for another project and would wholeheartedly recommend their courteous and considerate service to anyone. We are delighted with the all the work Adrian and his co-workers at Savio have done for us. Everything from fully fitting our bathroom, installing radiators, to plumbing and tiling our entire kitchen - all the work has been done in good time to a great standard, and always at a reasonable price. 

Friendly, fastidious and always reassuring, we will definitely be using Savio again.

Savio did a very professional job retiling the shower. They were polite, tidy and considerate.

I have had work done by Adrian (Savio Building Ltd) which has been completed to a good standard. This has ranged from a complete bathroom refurbishment, kitchen worktops, floor tiling and general up date of a kitchen, bedroom wardrobes being constructed and general work around the house. 

I have been impressed by Adrian's loyalty, being trustworthy and never ending skill sets along with his other colleague's hands on approach to get the work done, because of this I will use these builders again for some further work.
